AA Property Services Terms and Conditions
- 1. Services: The services to be provided by AA Property Services. included in this service agreement should be specifically followed.
- 1.1 AA Property is not liable for sustained damages due to natural cause or other probable causes unless such damages were caused by neglect of AA Property Service personnel during work or service calls, AA Property Services is not liable for any damages if the Owner, or his or her family members, guest or invites were negligent or contributory negligent in causing the damaged at issues.
- 1.2 Payment and account Balance: If a single payment is selected, Owner may elect to pay cash, Check, or Credit card. If a separate bill schedule is selected a credit card must remain on file. Owner hereby agrees to all such charges being made.
- As a service to our client, we accept American Express, ("Amex"), Visa, Master card ("MC"), and Discover. Please note that declined credit cards are subject to a $25.00 Service fee for each occurrence.
- 1.3 There is a processing fee of 3.99 for all credit card charges.
- 1.4 All jobs are to be taxed unless a signed Capital Improvement Exemption Form ST -124 is signed
- 1.5 Attorney's Fee: In the event that either party commences legal action to enforce any provision of this agreement, the substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of all costs and attorneys fees.

- 1.6 In the event that any part or provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged unlawful or unenforceable under New York Law, the remainder of this Agreement shall nonetheless survive and remain in full force and effect.
- 1.7 All deposits will not be refunded if the job is canceled past 72 hours and no cancelation was made.

- 1.9 If payment is by check and this is returned due to insufficient funds there is a fee of $51.00 and future payments are to be made by cash after 3 times.
- 1.10 If the customer is not home when the scheduled appointment is set up there is a fee for a no-show on the 2nd visit of $15.00
The appointment Set up Fee is a 5% deposit from the total job.
Once the estimate is approved a 60% is required 4 days before work commences
The final payment is 35% once the final inspection is done
unless other wise staff approved
Please note there is a fee for a late charge for payment over 1 week late 1% and for 30 days 5%
